We Launched a New TEAL Car Parade!

Participants joined us this year, as we switched gears to a socially-distanced, drive-in program and fun TEAL car parade that kicked off at The Meadows in Millennium Park.  Many decorated their car TEAL for the parade to show support and spread awareness. Participants received a car magnet, cool key chain and more!

All safely gathered in their cars to support ovarian cancer survivors and raise funds for women and families impacted by this disease.

We were excited to launch three routes for our parade kick-off!

Route One: Downtown Loop

Want the most visibility? Head down to downtown Grand Rapids and show off your teal. This route takes you on the main streets of Grand Rapids for all of the shoppers and strollers to see! *Not recommended if you are not a city driver.* See Route Here

Route Two: Zoo Loop

Back where it all began! Shake Your Teal Feathers originally began at the John Ball Zoo. Show off and be proud in your teal car as you ride through the neighborhoods surrounding the zoo. See Route Here

Route Three: Park Loop

Planning a picnic or hanging around the park for your own leisure after the event? Show everyone what you came here for! Spread awareness throughout and around the park. End up back to The Meadows and choose what you want to do from there. See Route Here
