Virtual Celebration
MIOCA was proud to present our first ever Virtual Celebration & Auction on October 17, 2020. We created this event to spread the message about ovarian cancer.
We gathered virtually with the MIOCA family friends to raise funds for ovarian cancer research and support programs for those battling the disease today. Attendees enjoyed an exciting comedy special with nationally-known comedian and ovarian cancer survivor, Karen Mills. Past MIOCA grant recipient, Dr. Karen McLean, spoke about the critical need for more ovarian cancer research. Attendees then participated in a fun silent auction with plenty of teal items and donated to "fund-a-need."
Many Hosted a Watch Party!
Attendees joined an inspirational program, found laughter, bid on our auction and participated in many other fun features! Your generous philanthropic support continues to fund the many programs of MIOCA.
